Return policy
At Nutsessed, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our products. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Damaged or Defective Items: In the unlikely event that your Nutsessed product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 working days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, whichever you prefer, once we have received and inspected the returned item.
Change of Mind: We understand that circumstances may change, and you may decide that you no longer wish to keep your Nutsessed product. If you have had a change of mind, you may return the product within 7 working days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Please note that the item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging for a refund or exchange to be processed.
Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at contact@nutsessed.co.uk. Please include your order number, details of the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return. Our team will guide you through the returns process and provide you with a return authorization number, if applicable.
Once we have received and inspected the returned item(s), we will process your refund or exchange within 3 working days. Please note that refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of damaged or defective items.
